Email Settings for POP, IMAP, and SMTP
USA Boxmail users can access POP, IMAP, and SMTP services through authentication with their username
and password. For your security, we require that all users access these services through the secure TLS protocol.
User Access Parameters
You can find details about the access parameters you need to setup your email client below:
We provide the email services and required settings, but we do not provide direct assistance with the configuration of a user's devices and/or email programs.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their devices and those of their users are correctly configured to use our services.
If you have difficulty configuring an email client, such as Outlook, please use our feature-rich webmail at https://webmail.usaboxmail.com

Simultaneous Connections
In order to maintain a high level of service, we place limits on the number of simultaneous connections that a single
account can perform from a specific IP address.
- IMAP (50 connections allowed)
- POP (10 connections allowed)
This limitation comes into play when a large number of connections are made by the same username.
Users reaching this limit, will receive an error message in your email client.
