MX record settings
MX Record Settings
MX records are used to specify a list of mail servers for a domain. If MX records are not created or set correctly, email for the domain will not be delivered. To receive email on domains you actived on USA Boxmail, you must set the MX records in your domain DNS record as indicated in the table below.
Name / Host | Record Type | Priority | Destination |
Blank or @ | MX | 10 | mx01.usaboxmail.com |
Blank or @ | MX | 20 | mx02.usaboxmail.com |
MX record automatic checks
In order to maintain a high quality of service, our Mail Panel periodically checks the DNS settings and automatically reports if there is a issue by displaying a red status icon. Once corrected, it may take up to 24 hours for the status icon to update.
