An SPF record is a TXT record published in DNS by the domain owner, which specifies a whitelist of IP addresses allowed to send emails on behalf of a domain. When an email reaches the destination server, the server will look up the SPF record in DNS, and perform a check to determine if the email came from an authorized IP address.
Adding an SPF record greatly reduces the likelihood that someone could use your domain to send spam and increases the chance that your messages won't be tagged as junk mail or spam.
To add a SPF record on your domain, access your DNS management that you used to register the domain and add the following TXT record. Be sure you only publish one TXT record that includes the below SPF settings.

This setting also alows the server hosting your website to send emails.
The verification process for the SPF record is performed by the server receiving email. Once the record is added, it can take up to 24 hours before the DNS change is fully operational.
